Desert Botanical Garden, Webster Center

This design extends the Garden's living collection into the grounds around the Webster Center. Some of the design sections bring together arid-adapted plants from deserts across the globe into one cohesive planting, while others focus primarily on Sonoran Desert native plants. The design worked closely with the site's existing mature plantings, using them as anchors and layering in new selections to match their form and seasonal rhythm so the result reads as a continuation of the landscape. Together, the regional palettes highlight the diversity and shared resilience of desert flora worldwide.
