Pollinators Sanctuary at Paradise Valley

Set against the silhouette of Camelback Mountain, this Paradise Valley residence called for a landscape that could do two things at once: soften the clean architectural lines of a modern desert home, and turn the entire pool corridor into a living habitat. The result is a naturalistic blooming meadow that spills right up to the water's edge of a salt pool. An all-season blooming meadow with overlapping bloom cycles supports birds, bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, while host plants provide shelter for them.
